As a lecturer at the Department of Biology Education at the University of Education, Ghana, she has been instrumental in advancing research and sustainable practices in fisheries and aquaculture.
Dr. Kassah is backed by a solid academic background that underpins her vast knowledge and expertise. She possesses a PhD in Fisheries Science from the University of Cape Coast, an MSc in Sustainable Coastal Development from Norway’s prestigious Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and a BSc in Oceanography and Fisheries from the University of Ghana.
With over 14 years of experience, Dr. Kassah is deeply involved in fisheries research, aquaculture consultancy, and environmental public relations. Her research interests include tropical fisheries biology, fisheries oceanography, and biodiversity conservation, areas where she has made significant contributions.
